I am Ronnie Siah, currently an Associate Group Director with Navis Living Group at Orange Tee & Tie Pte Ltd.


I started off my career in the automobile industry in 1992 as an apprentice. I picked up my skills quite fast as I was trained and qualified NTC 2 motor vehicle graduates. I was promoted to a junior technician and eventually to a senior technician in a few years' time. I am able to rectify and diagnose the fault of the vehicles and overhaul the engine and gearbox. But due to my back injuries, I requested an internal transfer to the customer service officer in 2002.

In 2002, I changed my new role to a customer service officer. It is a totally different job scope comparing to just diagnosing, repairing, and replacing parts but handling customer queries and complaints is another art that I need to master. I am glad during my time as a customer service officer, I had attended several different customer services related courses. Certain key words come to my mind vividly, customer is always right, be a good listener, understand their needs and wants, and provide extraordinary service with a caring and compassionate heart. Do not argue and maintain  a positive and professional attitude. By doing that, you will be able to communicate and build a good customer relationship, and solving their complaints will be a breeze. Some customers became my good friends and some of them bought new car through my recommendations. I am still in touch with some of them and had sold their HDB and helped them upgraded their property portfolio too.

In 2009, Henry (one of my good friend) told me to take up a new challenge as a real estate agent. I was in a dilemma as it's not an easy decision to leave your comfort zone when you are at 40 but with some serious consideration I decided to join him in 2010. I felt that with the training that I had learned during my previous 18 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, I can put it to good use as a Real Estate consultant too.  

In 2013, I became one of the Top 300 agents in ERA . I believed with my right mindset and attitude, I will succeed one way or another.

 

Fast forward to now, I have more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and well versed in resale or rental in HDB, resale private, new launch private and EC. Over the years, I had sold numberous of them and helped my clients to achieve financial freedom and create passive income streams by restructuring their real estate portfolio and minimize risks by leveraging the most suitable loans.
